Brazos Cielo Vista

The property is located along the southeastern side of Osprey Court, which forms its northern border of approximately 500 feet, and continues south to the Brazos River, its southern border. An appealing attribute is the elevated river-front views from its location along the Brazos River. The property has approximately 1,100 feet of river frontage. At river-level, a limestone ledge with large limestone boulders occupies approximately 90% of the river frontage.

The western border is mostly formed by a spring-fed creek with waterfalls and some pasture land. The eastern border is a combination of pasture with heavily wooded areas of primarily oak, ash, elm, juniper and old-growth juniper.
